Haircut

Waited 20 minutes before getting into the chair with the appointment. Cut took about 50 minutes. My son stated he wanted his hair out of his eyes and ...said “I want it to be just above my eyes”. Now my son’s bangs are about an inch above his EYEBROWS once the hair dried. The barber wet his hair then cut it straight across his forehead like a Homer. Once dried, it proofed up because he’s got curly hair. That I imagine should be taken into consideration when cutting bangs. He’s got helmet head at this point. It’s a haircut, hair grows back but it’s disappointing. We won’t be back. Time to find another barbershop Show more

Hello James, I do apologize for the wait, I was finishing up a walk in that came in while I was still available to cut. As for the haircut again I apologize for the miscommunication that clearly happened. I cut the bangs where he pointed. I asked as many questions as I could to get a clear picture of what he wanted. I apologize your visit wasn’t satisfactory.
