TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First off. I drove 30 minutes to arrive on time for my 2pm appointment on time, mind you, this girl never called me to say she wa...s running 2 hours behind ( it was really 3 hours behind because she was still working on someone when I tried coming at 4) and had the nerve to act surprised that I actually showed up on time. So basically she has TERRIBLE Time management skills and consideration of her clients time. Then, when I finally came at 5 (mind you it’s my first time coming to this salon) the ‘closed’ sign was on the door, so I called her to ask if that was the right place, and she caught an attitude with me. When I got in the salon, it was very unkept and dirty. She never apologized for being late and not letting me know in advance she was running late. She did a sloppy 4 strand twist (even though I asked for 2 strand twist) and charged me $180 for it. She barely washed my hair. After 2 days, multiple strands of hair was coming out and the twists were loose. And on top of that, She doesn’t know how to communicate appropriately or be professional. I wish I had something good to say, but this was an overall bad experience and I will not be coming or recommending this salon to anyone. I hope the stylist sees this as a way to improve because this should never happen again. Be courteous to you clients, respect their time, provide a clean environment, and take your time with their hair because we are spending good money and want to look and feel good after visiting the salon. Update 10/29 6pm: So I get a 2 angry calls from Kyrah today at 6pm (I hung up on her, bc why are you calling me??). So she proceeds to send my these nasty messages and blessed me with her permission to post them, so please enjoy🙂. She also cannot stop talking about me on all her social media platforms (manic, much?), and had my original review taken off google. The saying goes… a hit dog gone holla 🐶 Show more
