Even though we were supposed to have an appointment at 11:30 my wife didnt get into a chair until 12:30, they didnt even greet or acknowledge her unti...l 12:15. They then proceeded to talk about her feet amongst themselves even though her feet are normal and healthy. Rude staff and subpar service! Show more

2nd time i had same girl. 1st time, put so many coats...polish still wasnt dry after 1 hour. 2nd time i had her put only 2 layers on. Then she added s...ome kind of oil on top. After 45 minutes, i put my foot into my sandals, and the polish absolutely slid off completely. Always had excellent service before. Truly dont think ill be going back. Show more
