I had a very pleasant experience with Cocoa ! She was running a bit behind for my appt but communicated with me and let me know about the change in sc...hedule. My appt was great , she was professional, handled my son with care for his first loc appt even when he started to cry and become uncomfortable she was patient and just over all GREAT. My son also said her energy was great and she was very friendly which is a plus!!! He most definitely is a long term customer!!!
