I had a very pleasant experience with Cocoa ! She was running a bit behind for my appt but communicated with me and let me know about the change in sc...hedule. My appt was great , she was professional, handled my son with care for his first loc appt even when he started to cry and become uncomfortable she was patient and just over all GREAT.
