Terrible, DO NOT BOOK. I had an 6 am appointment, she texted me at 5 am making sure i was still going. When im on the highway she texts me saying she ...has no more product and cant do my hair, so i turn around and go get my haircut she says i can come back later. I pull up to her house later and she doesn’t answer, no texts no calls nothing. Wasted my gas money twice. Screenshots are attached. Show more

I never had this appointment with this girl due to the fact I showed up to her place GOT NO ANSWER when I was there at my appointment time and waits a...t her complex office for almost an hour. While I get home and get a message saying that mornings are only “special request” when her site says anyone at anytime basically. Go with the next broader who is more on top of her job and cares. I won’t ever go to this girl and again SHE DID NOT DO MY HAIR but put in an appointment for late the same day lmao. Show more

My appt was at 10am! She messages me at basically 4am telling me my appt was confirmed and that I would need to wash my own hair; I don’t have a probl...em with doing that but why tell me at 4am? Luckily I woke up at 8 to see the message. From there you can see screenshot of my messages to her, on top of the messages I called her like 3-4 times which she did not answer. I drove an hour to her and she didn’t provide me the apt number or communicate with me at all. Then she wants to call me literally as I’m sitting in someone else’s chair a hour and 45 mins later to say she is so sorry and was trying to make some BS excuse. She literally sounded like she had just woke up, and when she sensed the frustration with her lack of professionalism she tried to get an attitude with me, and I just hung up. In the screenshots she doesn’t heart my message until 11:45am. I wish u had screenshot the time stamp but I went back and forward on leaving a review and was going to toss it up as a L, but she needs to be considerate of other people’s time and work on her customer service and communication. As far as her skills, I have no idea, wish I could be leaving a 5 star review because I try and look after my people but here we are. Please do better. Show more
