I cannot thank Ms. Jazz enough for being an exceptional business owner who leads with integrity and compassion. Her professionalism and dedication to ...quality work are unmatched. Not only does she ensure her work is impeccable, but she also holds her team to the highest standards. Ms. Jazz worked tirelessly during my appointment to take down a previous loc install I had for about a month. Then she placed the steamer on my hair, shampooed and conditioned it, and reinstalled a new set of locs—all within 10 hours! And this even included a lunch break. Her efficiency and attention to detail are truly impressive. If there’s ever an issue, Ms. Jazz takes care of it promptly and prioritizes her customers’ satisfaction, even if it means a loss on her part. This level of care and commitment builds trust, which is why I confidently entrust her with not only my hair but also my daughter’s. Restarting my loc journey with Ms. Jazz has been one of the best hair decisions I’ve made. I absolutely love the uniformity of my loc sizes and her phenomenal grid work. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, what once felt like a daunting journey now feels exciting and empowering. Thank you, Ms. Jazz, for everything you do. Jazz did a fantastic job. I went to her for a Retwist and this was my 1st appt with her. I can honestly say that this was the first Retwist appointmen...t I’ve had where I left the chair 100% satisfied. She took her time with caring for my locs, and she definitely has created a welcoming environment. She’s professional (communicates well & she’s prompt). The shop itself is clean and neat. Jazz is officially my new loctician and I highly recommend her services to anyone in the area . You won’t be disappointed. Show more

Went to my first appt with Jazz yesterday and it was great! She was inviting and friendly the entire time. She moved faster than I expected since my h...air hasn’t been retwisted since July. She didn’t pull at my hair to untangle it and it wasn’t painful at all. 100/10 I would recommend her to anyone and will be going to her from now on. Show more
