Ms. Jazz worked tirelessly during my appointment to take down a previous loc install I had for about a month. Then she placed the steamer on my hair, shampooed and conditioned it, and reinstalled a new set of locs—all within 10 hours! And this even included a lunch break. Her efficiency and attention to detail are truly impressive. If there’s ever an issue, Ms. Jazz takes care of it promptly and prioritizes her customers’ satisfaction, even if it means a loss on her part.
