I had an appointment (made one month before) and called them the morning prior to appointment date to confirm that they showed my appointment in their... schedule book. My appointment time was for 11:30am and I was there at 11:15. Upon my arrival, I was told that the person who I had the appontment with would be there at noon. Then the person at the front desk called the person that my appointment was with and was told that she wouldn’t be there until 12:30pm. She was told that I was there and had an appontment at 11:30am and that I had called the day before and verified that I did in fact have an apointment for the next day at 11:30am. She again said that she wouldn’t be there until 12:30 and she didn’t see my appointment in the business appointment book. The person that I had an appointment with had been late for multiple appointments in the past year and thru several conversations, I was told that they lived 10 minutes away from the business. They just do not seem to care at all about their customers. I am finding a professional run business that cares about the their customers. I will not give my money (always a 25% tip also) again to that business.
