Hey John, I know it’s been a minute. I just reactivated my Booksy account. I’m now just seeing your message. My apologies on that. I had to shut my shop down abruptly. Was not aware of the charge. I also shut my Booksy app down. If it’s still possible to resolve this issue… 2 haircuts on me for the mix up
