1. Clean Hair Policy Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your service includes a wash. This helps maintain hygiene standards and ensures the best results. 2. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclosure Let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies or sensitivities to products, oils, or scents so we can make safe accommodations. 3. Respectful Conduct We strive to create a positive, peaceful space for everyone. Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. 4. Children's Services Only by Appointment We love our younger clients, but services for children are available by appointment only and must be supervised by a parent or guardian. 5. Tender-Headed Clients (Especially Children) If you or your child has a sensitive scalp, please let the stylist know before the appointment begins so we can take extra care and adjust as needed. We aim to provide a gentle and comfortable experience. However, if a client is unable to complete the service due to discomfort or sensitivity, 50% of the service cost will still be required to compensate for the time and effort already provided.
