Honestly, this was the worst hair color appointment of my life. The Pinterest picture attached was the inspiration photo I showed Jenifer. I said I wa...nted a natural look like that, but not quite as light on the ends. The rest are of me after the appointment. I scrubbed my hair to try to get some of the darkness out (some strands are nearly black), so it is not styled in the after pictures. I want to post this to help out others that are looking for a new colorist. Jennifer is super nice and relatively inexpensive (and she gave me free K18) but it this was NOT worth the price. I will have to make another appointment with someone else as soon as possible to strip this color and start all over. She clearly needs more training/classes to be allowed to color hair. And, in case you are wondering, I was charged for this--$180 (including a cut). Update: Jenifer kindly offered to fix my hair for free yesterday. I declined, as I have decided to go to my hometown stylist, and she refunded me $150 for the hair color. Show more
