I love Ms. D and really do not want to say anything mean but I get frustrated every time go in for my appt I have to wait up to 2 hrs to be seen and s...ometimes it messes up my other plans 😩😩😩 I did not even get seen for my appointment today, and no communication. I am so bummed and disappointed but i still think she is a good person just poor time management. Show more

My heart is to please every client! I like Mrs. V. & when she came into the salon today, I asked her to sit @ the shampoo bowl with intent to start her rt away! . Mrs V. didn't sit @ bowl. Instead, decided to sit in waiting area. I then let her know I'll finish up my other client & be rt with her in 5-10min. After finishing other client, I looked for Mrs V, & noticed she left without saying a word. Yes I'm guilty of having her to wait 20min in total but the 2hr wait complaint, is very Untruthful! Eventhough she must of copied off the 1 bad review I had, will wish her well with her next stylist
