I do apologize to you that you did not like this haircut. Yet I did ask you in the beginning how you guys wanted it. You did not even know how to explain what you wanted. I asked you if you had any pictures for reference & you said no. I explained to you what I was going to do and you said ok let’s do it. At the end of the service I asked your son how much he wanted cut off in the front and he showed you & me and both of you said let do it. You also asked me if I can give his front some texture bcuz you didn’t like how straight it looked in the front and I did that. At the end of the haircut I asked was this good for you and you said “YES, I LIKE IT!” However I do apologize that you were not please with my service!
