I booked the lymphatic drainage session with Amanda through Groupon. It said I had to call the number to set an appointment. Right off the bat it was ...awkward when she just answered, “hello?” With no introduction-I introduced myself and she then told me she would send a link to book a time! I got the link and set my time for the same day (Jan 31 - just yesterday) for 7:15pm. I get to the place that’s 25 minutes out by the way. Dark, empty and 3 cars in parking lot. I called your location and got an auto voice telling me to leave a message so I call Amanda who was shocked that I booked for same day. Apparently the power was out and that’s why it was dark but that she could come down if I wanted?!? Then told me she would do the service for free and no one really books it so it wouldn’t even be a loss to her and she would have Groupon refund me. That I didn’t have to do anything in my end. I won’t be coming back unfortunately and had to get the refund for myself. I get that things happen and this was just my experience maybe? Super awkward all the way around.

As you recall our electricity was out due to the freeze so we rescheduled the appointment for the next day (which I offered to comp for you due to the inconvenience) unfortunately you didn’t show up or respond to the texts I sent you confirming your appointment. DO NOT GO!  Dishonest. Liar. She injured me causing a 3 inch diameter bruise on each side, and I had to go to the doctor. Said she was refunding me, e...ven though she blamed me for the injury saying I had too much fluid(my Dr said this is false).  NEVER received a refund and she would never respond to any of my messages at all.  VERY DISHONEST. Very unprofessional.  Don't do it....... UPDATE...... Her response is a total lie. First off, SHE NEVER MEASURED ME AFTER my appointment, so her statement saying I lost 4 inches is a TOTAL LIE! I've also attached where I texted her December 11th and December 29th with no response so her claiming that we've been corresponding is not true. She's a huge liar. And her claim she's contacted other providers in the area. Anyone with any smarts knows that businesses aren't just going to divulge information to whoever calls them up. What did she do, go through the entire phone book in Austin?.... Just plain stupid. Total dishonest person.

I’m so sorry that you feel this way but we have been talking in corresponding for the past month and a half and you still have yet to send me a bill from the doctor that you went to for your said bruise everybody knows that one of the possible side effects of lymphatic massage could be slight bruising which you sent me a picture of very, very, very small bruising on your abdomen. Your results were awesome. You lost 4 inches and I’ve talked to other providers in the area and they let me know that you’ve done this kind of thing to them as well. I would love the chance to make this up to you and give you a free facial or another service at no charge.
