I like the way my hair came out but I wish pricing was more explained to me! Paying a lot more than what I thought I signed up for was not in the book...s and paying for a closure wasn't something I thought would be added to this either. Had I know and been explained to about this information, since this is my first time getting anything like this done, I would've just left it as a leave out and kept my natural hair out but now I know for next time to ask a lot more questions when it comes to hairstyles like this. You came in n got three bundles of raw human hair. The best quality extensions that I sell and my clients reuse my extensions multiple times as they like. You booked for leave out, but when you came in, your natural hair color was red orange 4c. I couldn’t put in the black extensions . I told u it will not look good. I didn’t have the color of ur natural hair in the extensions. You asked for the next option Since it was her first time.I brought out the HD lace closure5x5 n showed it to you and you said it was fine to add . I spent 3 hours to install n style ur hair and you were extremely happy with how it turned out. I have ur video telling me thanks n how you loved ur hair. You paid me through Venmo, but three days later, you requested a refund from Venmo saying you mistakenly sent me the money. Venmo refunded you the money without my permission . I texted you to send back my money, but you blocked me. I guess it's not ur first time doing this to people. I will make sure you pay my money.
