Riri is very, very, nice and attentive. I would give a 5 because I like her work. My appointment was with Riri, she was running a little behind. Therf...ore Jess, who was rough with taking the polish off, burning my nails with the drill and did a horrible job with the fill, is why I'm leaving a rating of a three. As the owner of the shop, she should treat all clients the same. She copped an attitude because I didn't like the way she filled my nails. I'm not getting this work done for free. my bill was $100. Grant it, I chose to get a fill and a pedicure however, I expect the owner to show some world class service ALWAYS. I can certainly point out what I'm not happy with for $100. She showed pics poor service. And might I add that she said good bye and thank you to every client that left except me. I could care less, just wanted to voice my opinion. Show more
