Let me start off by saying committing to therapy/coaching was not an easy decision for me. I have never been one to really talk about what’s going on ...in my head/heart. Tonda has made me feel comfortable and safe in expressing myself and learning to deal with and heal from the trauma I have experienced. I never thought I would be able to say that I look forward to my sessions each week… but here I am saying it. She’s a straight shooter and an amazing listener. She genuinely cares.
