Hello Daniel, we have corresponded several times over the last week. Multiple times over a week prior to your appointment yesterday, I have been and am very sorry you are unhappy with everything. First with our booking system to book an appointment and so forth. You have been upset about every step even a week before your appointment and I truly am sorry. I reviewed staff information and footage of the consultation and sadly I cannot figure out what could have been done different to achieve the result you stated you were looking for. As a business owner and a barber myself I want everyone to be not only happy but be elated with their experiences at my shops but unfortunately I know that you just can’t please everyone. When my employees gave me a heads up that you were not liking what you asked to be done I told them not to charge you and we can all part as friends.
