While the therapist was very kind and well-intentioned, I was very unsatisfied with my treatment. I paid for deep tissue therapy, and she wouldn't gi...ve more than extremely gentle pressure because I'm pregnant. I've heard that one only really needs to be careful in the first trimester, but I'm well into my second trimester - but it seems that culturally we have different views. I was offended that she asked me to tip her at the end, given I felt I had already overpaid for a treatment I didn't receive. They treat tipping as though it's part of a massage, rather than an extra appreciation of a job really well done. It would be more honest to just charge the price they expect to be paid for a massage. I will never return to this place. Show more

Not the best experience. Massage was very rough and not relaxing at all. At one point she had her elbow dug into my spine which hurt really bad and ke...pt digging it into my shoulders which hurt as well. When the hot stones came she left the room and left the door wide open, this happened twice. When she asked for me to roll over I opened my eyes and the door had been cracked open I’m not sure for how long but completely unprofessional. Overall between having one of the worst massages ever and leaving the door open while I was getting a massage I will not be returning. Show more

I was driving from Seattle to LA with my partner for holiday trip with lots of stopovers to see family and this one was on the way to Cloverdale where... we'll see family. I attended a weekend of dance convention so my body was really sore especially my trapezius muscles & hamstrings. I found this last minute with availability. Booked deep tissue. circled the questionnaire they gave upon entry where the stress is mostly in my body. DAISY my masseuse practically healed me & as if she knew which part of my body was so tight & sore and actually spent time on it. She's too good!! Show more
