When I arrived at the supposed location of the salon, the building looked abandoned and there wasn't a soul in sight. I finally saw what looked like a...n employee of the building so I asked about the supposed salon and he informed that the salon had moved out 😡 Response back to Beauty of Faith: That is the reason why I booked with you, because you were the only one that had availability late that Sunday. I needed my hair done for a funeral that I was in town for from out of state. I took an Uber to the address listed. When I did not find the place, I had to wait outside in a strange, sketchy part of Houston, in the Texas Heat, for another Uber to pick me up. Booksy does not provide an address nor a phone number until the appointment is booked. I was not provided with a phone number until I was already at the site. It might have been a misunderstanding but your information should really be updated. Show more

Good evening, sorry that you have had a bad experience. It was never my intention for this to happen. You booked a late night, Sunday appointment ONE hour before the appointment. You did not call or confirm that I was available or that you booked the appointment at all. Booksy never notified me at all of the appointment. So again this was just a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication and thank you for your feed back. God bless you.
