I went for a full body wax. The process took too long and I’m not even that hairy. He ran out of wax and it was for the best because this was the most... painful wax session I have been through. Cheap wax was used that left a residue all over my body that took forever to get off in the shower. What’s worse is that my arm and stomach has had skin ripped off that it looks like I got burned. I am so sorry to hear you had such a bad experience at my establishment. Having a full body wax does take time especially with hair length and also if you do any pre-care before getting a wax service done such as exfoliation, etc as there can be stubborn ingrown hairs and time varies based on the areas of interest in removing hair which was all the large areas. When leaving the spa room today, you did not show any skin issues besides the reaction of being waxed and you had said it was normal, it happens all the time. I do apologize if I did not meet your expectations today.

The best experience ever! As I stepped through the door I was transported from my hectic fast paced reality into a zen full room. Peaceful music, arom...a therapy, and a friendly smile! Julio made sure to explain the facial process( I was not too familiar with it so I’m happy he took the time to go over everything) I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the facial bed had a warming effect which is perfect if you’re one of those people who are always cold. During the facial, he assessed my skin and gave me recommendations for my skin type. My favorite part was when he used ice globes to massage my face sooooo soothing!
