Pooooooooorrrrr!!! Trash of a person. Good morning Tosha, I am not sure what happened with my daughter yesterday. My husband picked her up and noti...ced that she was quiet and slightly upset after she left your house. I am not sure what happened. My daughter is a diabetic child and needs to eat and use the bathroom. I don’t care that you didn’t know that my child is diabetic. But it is your responsibility to at least cater to your customers. My husband indicated to you that she needed a break to eat and you didn’t make that happen. She was there with you for hours . You didn’t even ask her if she needed anything including using the bathroom. This is just common courtesy and customer service especially for a child sitting in your chair for hours. She also told me you Handled her head aggressively. What the FUCK!! I can absolutely speak to in person about this woman to woman. I want to see how aggressive you gonna get.

Thanks for your feedback. As discussed in text. Let me know when you’re available so we can discuss what really happened. Never in my 25 years of service have I ever had to ask a client if they need to use the bathroom. They kindly ask me to stop so they can use it. As you can see, I have 5 star reviews across the board. If I was a trash of a person that would not be the case. If you have a special need you need to be specific. I do not read minds. There’s a lot more I can say but I’ll leave it here. I have been very patient with your constant cancellations, mistaking me for another stylist not 1 but 4 times and your lack of time management; when you did show up you’re either 30 minutes early or 30 minutes late. I even squeezed you in yesterday despite all of this but I’m a trash person? NEVER book with me again. Have great day ❤️

The parts were clean, the braids were neat, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. We were so impressed, we’ve already booked our follow-up visit.
