The service is great here at the miracle mile location. the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Mary was very quick and I loved my nails! This is a p...icture of my nails almost 3 weeks later. The polish lasted and I’m usually very rough with my hands. I work with my hands a lot, I wash dishes, cook, etc. Obviously they just look grown out but I’m very happy. Show more

Hi Vicky. Sorry this was your experience this time. I assure you the girls are always extremely polite and attentive. It’s simply that we ask all clients to arrive on time due to the fact that we need to attend to the other clients on time. If one client arrives late then the entire day is affected due to one client arriving late. We reviewed your visit and no where in the recordings are the girls disrespecting or rude. They simply advised you were 23 mins late. Very sorry you became upset because they told you but as mentioned there is an appointment system for a reason. You have been a client for a very long time and we thank you for that. Stay blessed and make it a great day !
