Hice mi cita para las 730pm por medio de la app Booksy. Al llegar al local, me encuentro la sorpresa que estaba cerrado. Llame al spa y nadie atendio.... Envie por IG y me atendio la dueña y me ofrecio la opcion de ir a otra sucursal a 1 milla de distancia aprox. Luego de perder tiempo, pago de parking, y gasolina manejando una milla mas, donde me atendieron, la chica hizo un excelente trabajo pero a la hora de cobrar la encarga del local en Salzedo Street me dio el peor trato al cliente que he recibido, falta de profesionalismo. Se me quiso cobrar mas de lo que la app Booksy decía. Luego de tantos malentendidos lo menos que cualquier establecimiento que provee un servicio hace es no cobrarte el servicio por el mal servicio recibido, pero no, la dueña me llamo solo para excusarse y pedir “disculpas” sin duda alguna, es la peor experiencia en un spa en Miami. Hola. Buenos días. Cómo te expliqué ayer lamentablemente en el local donde era tu cita original no estaba la chica para atenderte. Te ofrecí para ir al local cercano a este y las niñas no tienen acceso a booksy porque es otro local con otro programa - por esa razón ellas no estaban enteradas del descuento de $5 dólares. De nuevo como te pide disculpa anoche - lo lamento pero pensé que después que hablamos y se te descontó los $5 ya todo estaba aclarado. Lamento perderlo de cliente. Muchas bendiciones para usted y siempre sabe que si en un futuro quiere regresar las puertas están abiertas. También te quería comentar que para la próxima vez si llegas a ir a ese local donde fuiste anoche. Si miras el letrero te ofrecen dos horas gratis de parqueo. Lo que tienes que leer bien y ahí pones el código para que sepas en el futuro. Bueno gracias y disculpa de nuevo

I am bryond upset with yodays service. My appointment was at 4:30, its 8pm and im just leaving now. The girl with the dark hair started off by blaming... me for how she made my big toe bleed. Doing my apres she put one on crooked then blamed my finger and all my nails were a different length. And i paid $15 to park for hotrible experience. Never again! Show more

Good evening. I'm sorry to read this review. Betsa is the young lady that attended you. She has great worth ethics and customer service. The incident with the nail was because apparently the glue dried and it wasn't even that could happen however what your concerned about the bleeding on your toe this happened before she pushed the cuticle back that happens at times when the nail is very dry but overall I am very sorry that you left upset sorry we won't be seeing you again and we wish you the best but we thank you for have giving us a try take care

My nail tech was nice, but did not do the best job on my nails. All of my gel polish started to peel off the day after getting me nails done. A toe na...il that she put a calcium base on to "fix" because it was broken, cracked the same day I left the salon. I don't think I will be coming back to this salon. Show more

Although the salon is very small and the girls speak very little English, it was clean, and decorated with terrific photos of old movie stars. I just ...went in to try their regular mani-pedi for $35.00. This is an unheard-of price in Miami so I was curious. I couldn't have been happier. The tech gave me an excellent 1, 1/2hr mani-pedi. I would definitely recommend this salon. Show more

1. My nails were filed so short, some of them hurt. 2. Cutting the cuticle was a painful experience 3. Once done with the service, I noticed polish on... the skin around the nail. When I told the lady who had done my nails, she proceded to try to cut the skin around the nail. I had to stop her and ask her to remove the paint on the skin gently with nail polish remover, not chopping the skin. I wish she would have been a lot more delicate overall. Show more

Super dissatisfied and frustrated because I had my nails done on Monday and on Wednesday my thumb nail came off completely! The fact that the nail cam...e off so easily without any extra glue residue makes me think that they are not using good quality products or are using way less products on customers. I called Wednesday and spoke to someone about my nail before it fully came off , sent pictures and I never heard anything back. I wouldn’t waste my money here in the future. I would like to add that when I called the girl that answered said “ Let me ask the boss”. Never apologized for the fact that I spent 2 hours in my nails for them not to even last 2 days?!No one from Forever Young asked me to come back to fix my nail or even apologized for the awful work. I think they should work on their communication skills, it would help the business run better. Show more
