Hey dear, I'm so sorry you felt that way but the hair I'm using is the Gina brand which almost every braider used for braiding, the day you made your appointment you called me around 4:25pm i was doing someone's hair and contacted you right after i finished like 30mins I'm so sorry for the time i contacted you back it just like some clients don't like when you talking over their head.Thank you....
