I was scheduled for an appointment at 11:30 and when i arrived to the studio - it was dark. I reached out via Instagram and text with no reply. At 11:...40 she walked in to the salon suites and saw me sitting on a bench and didn’t apologize for the tardiness, only “thank you for waiting”. My appt was supposed to be from 11:30-12:15. I left the appt at 1:40. In addition - I booked a wash & braid down. My scalp is not clean & the braids are nowhere near neat (see picture). I will have to book a different appt for the same service with someone else. While i understand other individual’s experiences may have been more pleasant than mine. I was wildly disappointed & underwhelmed - unfortunately I cannot recommend her artistry for this particular service offering to anyone else. Show more

Had a less than ideal experience with this stylist. Went for a wig install and my appt was at 9:30am— I walked out of the salon by close to 4pm. She w...as running late for the beginning due to other clients taking longer, which I had no problem with— but what I did have a problem with is her trying to “catch up” and prioritizing and styling other clients who came in after me before she finished my appointment. She also did not communicate with me about what I wanted; I don’t particularly like glue installs and I wish I knew that was what she was planning that before she glued down a wig cap and subsequently had to take it off which wasted more time for my already lengthy appointment. To top it off, her wig install was sub par and I didn’t like how my hair was styled— an overall lazy job. I even had to go back after walking out to ask her to flatten a piece on the crown. Overall, I’m totally displeased with her services and will never be back. Show more
