We take all client feedback seriously and strive to provide a professional, respectful experience for every guest. However, this review contains multiple inaccurate statements and misrepresentations of events that did not occur as described. The client initially left a positive 5-star review following the completed service, then later after decided they were unhappy with the results. Although our services were fully performed, a full refund was still issued as a gesture of good faith and professionalism. We are disappointed that, despite this resolution, false and damaging claims were later posted publicly. We stand by the quality of our work, our professionalism, and the integrity with which we operate our business. Because we value client privacy and professionalism, we will not discuss further details publicly.
