This service is intended for minor maintenance only and is not a full lash fill. Clients with excessive shedding, poor retention, or who require more than a light refresh may need to book a standard fill appointment instead. Requirements: Must be booked within 7 days of your previous lash appointment and have at least 70% of lash extensions remaining.

If the existing lash work is poorly applied, damaged, excessively grown out, or unsuitable for a fill, service may be refused and a removal and full set may be recommended instead.

I booked with Kiyonnah because she had great reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. First, be informed that services are done in her... home. Beautiful home, but if you’re uncomfortable in other peoples homes, it’s good to keep this in mind. I wasn’t aware of this upon booking. No shade to this, just letting it be known for others. Secondly, if you have a preference to what you, yourself, like to see on your own face, don’t come here. She refuses to do longer sets. We did consult prior to putting them on and when I told her I wanted 18 on the ends and 12 on the inner lashes, she very condescendingly said “GIRL 🤨” iykyk. Truthfully I felt judged negatively by this remark…. She insisted that 18 would touch my eyebrows however I’ve had lashes done for over 8 years and have always gotten 18 on the ends and they’ve never touched my eyebrows. Not even close. I have very hooded eyelids so I prefer longer sets to hide them. After all, it is MY face. After a couple minutes of back and forth about it I asked if she could do 16 on the ends instead. She obliged and said she would do a size test to see if I like them. She had me open my eyes and I could see the numbers written on the eye pads. 8-14. At this point I was over it so I just asked to throw 15 in there. Again she obliged and I can’t confirm if she did it or not. There are some people who enjoy getting lashes done. I’m not one of those people. The lack of caffeine and staying still for 2 hours really takes a toll on me so truly I was just OVER it and wanted to get out of there already rather than arguing about the massive jump from 12-18 and then 12-16 and then to see 8-14 already on my face. I left there severely disappointed…. I spent $220 there and me being a mother, it wasn’t easy or well-spent money at all. After expressing to her my concerns, she offered to remove them entirely, rather than fix them to my liking. And only offered to refund me half + tip. If she would’ve offered me all my money back, I would’ve happily had them removed cause I’m not interested in giving away $100 for no reason. Not in this economy. So I opted to just keep them on. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m disappointed. At her for thinking she knows better than her clients. And mostly at myself because the moment she judged me I should’ve just walked. I didn’t want to be confrontational or offensive. Never mind the fact she didn’t care how she offended me with the remarks. Anyways, all this to say, if you know what you want, this probably isn’t the service provider for you. She will just do what she wants to do. No shade though. I wish her the best.

We take all client feedback seriously and strive to provide a professional, respectful experience for every guest. However, this review contains multiple inaccurate statements and misrepresentations of events that did not occur as described. The client initially left a positive 5-star review following the completed service, then later after decided they were unhappy with the results. Although our services were fully performed, a full refund was still issued as a gesture of good faith and professionalism. We are disappointed that, despite this resolution, false and damaging claims were later posted publicly. We stand by the quality of our work, our professionalism, and the integrity with which we operate our business. Because we value client privacy and professionalism, we will not discuss further details publicly. We encourage future clients to review our consistent service history and verified client experiences when making their decision.
