1st time there and she was great, the wash was amazing, and the retwist was good (i asked for 3 strands). But what I really had a problem with was the... fact that most of them were loose and unraveling themselves like it wasn’t twisted the way it’s supposed to be, so i had to take them out the first 2 weeks. But 10/10 experience.
