Had a 5 pm appointment with my daughter in law and was delayed by 15 minutes. Not a big deal but evidently they had overbooked appointments and we we...re very disappointed with the service we received. Pedicures were rushed and my dil didn't get the warm towel or hot stone for hers. Technicians changed for manicure and she was in such a hurry that she cut my cuticle causing me to bleed during the manicure. Very disappointed in this service. Show more

I've been attending the salon for almost a full year next month. I attended yesterday, Saturday the 27th. For the first time, I actually had time to s...pare and treated my self to spa treatment. Im not a picky individual, but after paying 111.00, I wanted my points to be added to my checkout. Very quick to charge me, they did mot provide the opportunity for me to enter my phone # as I was putting on my shoes. I walked up to pay, and Sandy had already rung up my treatment w/o the courtesy of waiting to see if I wanted to use any of my points. This has been a consistent trend each and every time I check out that I have to remind them. I am asking the owner of the salon to please contact me about this occurrence above-mentioned. I complained to Sandy and was very quickly dismissed as if I did not have a valid complaint. To apologize and quickly dismiss me is not a solution or a sympathetic apology. It's an attitude I consistently receive from this store manager. I await a response from the owner of the facility. Thankyou. Show more

Good afternoon, we apologize for the issue you had Saturday at the salon. I’ve contacted the manager & she and the other employees have all shared what had happened at the checking out time. It is the responsibility of the customer to insert there phone number before paying with cash or card. According to what we were told, Sandy was at the register checking you out & you have placed the card on the reception desk to pay without first inserting your phone number. Sandy checked you out & after payment you had requested to use your points but the machine does not allow us to give you points AFTER payment. We do tell every customer when the sign up to insert there phone number before payment or else we won’t be able to give them the points as the machine does not allow us to.
