I came in yesterday for a hair treatment and hair cut, I also drove 45 minutes as they were one of the only salons I could find that cater to hijabis.... I had made my appointment earlier and it was confirmed. When I had arrived at the mall there had been a power outage which is not the salons fault, but they did not contact me even after my appointment had been confirmed to let me know that the mall had an outage. A sweet lady who worked in the barber shop next to seville took my number, but they still never contacted me. I also drove 45 minutes back home. Show more

Umit was really nice and very, very efficient - I haven't seen anyone cut my hair that fast (and so nicely!) before. He really gave me everything I as...ked for, and the cut goes very well with my hair texture. Had a great time at the shampoo bowl, as well. I went in with a botched home haircut because I got gum stuck in it, but after having a laugh about it together, he didn't mention it at all, which was great! I've had experiences in the past where the hairdresser would scold me for things I did to myself (botched bangs, home dyes, the works) so I was expecting something similar... But he really just had a look at it and then went right to work fixing me. Lovely! The only drawback was that I noticed the cape that they had me use had some leftover hair on it from a previous customer, which made me slightly uncomfortable... But the haircut and overall experience was otherwise pretty amazing. Show more
