The store was not that great. The guy who did my hair (Vidal) seems like he doesn’t understand really English, and every time I tried to explain to hi...m something it was hard to communicate. Not only that, when I came he was outside and his fingers smelled like cigarettes, yet he did not wash his hands while washing my hair. The receptionist was also just on the phone the whole time. Excellent haircut and customer service. I did not see the stylist I had originally booked with, and initially was disappointed--I walked in only to be... told they were running "a little late" which turned into "30 minutes" late. However, another stylist, Kenan, agreed to cut my hair so I wouldn't have to wait. He did a fantastic job working with me to figure out what would look good and match the general cut I was looking for. Very friendly and professional service. Show more

Th...e staff was super friendly, offering me Turkish coffee and drinks when I walked in. My stylist, Umit, was hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. My hair looks amazing and I’m so happy with it. Thank you so much Umit! You’re the best!! Vidal was great! However when I arrived at Salon it was like a day care center with children running all over the place. It was not relaxing to say ...the least. Also I was disappointed by the price, the website says $180+ for Ombre Balayage & Toner, I did not expect it would be an additional $100 on top of that :( & I didn't even get my hair trimmed or cut. This price may vary depending on the length, density, and processing of your hair. Your daughter showing a picture that is shadow technique. She booked only ombre but her request to change roots color as well. We charged only $70 for roots color because roots color not included ombre or balayage. I had beautiful, long, healthy dark hair. Now it’s fried and badly damaged. I had been to this salon several times since I moved to the area this summ...er for root touch ups. I was hopeful I had found a good place to go where I could trust the stylist to listen to me. In the past, I had talked with the stylist about a balayage and he made me feel comfortable that he could do it. Yesterday, I left my appointment feeling upset and disappointed by my poor experience. I had asked for a balayage and talked to the stylist before we started. He said it would take four-five hours and I agreed. He asked if I had pictures and I showed him a picture of my hair when it had been done where I used to live, with a blonde balayage. He said he could not get it that light because my hair was dark and we could do a darker balayage now but take steps to make it that color in the future. I said ok, I understand, I do not want to hurt my hair or damage it. Well, over five hours later, I left with fried, over processed, fragile, hair that looks grey at the ends — not light brown or blonde — but grey! I am upset because I have been growing my hair for years and now it’s fragile and broken. My hair was incredibly damaged. They left in the bleach too long — for three hours! I immediately noticed that big chunks of my hair had broken (not at the root) and fallen out when they went to take the bleach out. I have areas of short hair standing straight up where my hair had fallen out near the front of my head by my face, where it is super difficult to hide the damaged hair. Also, I wanted light brown or blonde highlights but now my hair appears grey, not blonde, and is also orange in places. This is not the color that we discussed and is not a normal looking color — it looks like a mistake. I also am upset because I was faced with strange charges and not provided with a sufficient explanation. I was billed over $330 for a hair style I’m not satisfied with — I have never in my life paid $330 for a balayage, hair cut, and style. When asked if I wanted a haircut, I said no, just color, but the stylist insisted I needed one even though I just had a haircut two months ago. I expected the price to be $220 — $150 for balayage and $70 for the haircut (that I didn’t want), which are the prices they have listed on their website and what I had agreed to. But when I went to checkout, I was completely shocked about the high price. They said I owed $350+! I asked for a price breakdown was told it cost $150 for balayage, $70 for haircut, and the rest of the charges was for fading color and tone? After I asked for a price breakdown, the receptionist said the stylist would give me a “discount” of $330. This is no discount. I had dark brown hair, not fading color, that was one color before this appointment. I paid a premium but was treated poorly and hurt multiple times, first when they were washing the bleach out, they combed through my hair using a lot of force (right after they had damaged my hair from leaving in bleach for three hours) and broke chunks of my hair out. I told them it hurt and said ow but they kept hurting me and even laughed about it. Then, when I was having my hair styled, the stylist left a brush in my fragile hair and walked away, with the brush hanging out of my hair on the side of my head, while he went to go have a conversation with someone else in the salon. Why treat people like this? He was wearing earphones and when I tried to talk to him I felt like he did not hear me. I had come here several times before and had a good experience and but after yesterday I am afraid to return. Update: I added more photos as requested by the salon. Like I said above, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this salon because they hurt me. I also don’t think they will be able to fix my hair. We can definitely help you to make you happy when you tell us that you don't like your hair. If you wish, you can come back and we can change your hair color. I wish you could share the whole picture of your hair. Hairstylist will tell you this because you need hair cut, but if you don't want to cut, they never cut your hair. Finally, as we explained that day, we never charged extra money, also gave discounts! And the fees we charge you $ 75 for hair cut and blow dry, $ 75 for fading color, $ 40 for toner, and full highlights are $140(even you have very long hair but we charged as short hair highlight). Partial HL Lowlights Women Cut & Style

My first experience at the salon was good. I got a full highlight and the blonde was a great color. I went back 7 weeks later for a partial highlight ...and lo light. The stylist refused to do highlights and told me I should only get them every 4 months. I’ve had highlights every 6-8 weeks for 10+ years. I agreed to just do partial lo lights. I explained I did not want dark hair, simply some added dimension, and didn’t like a rooty look. I also explained I did not want my hair around my face cut short. I left with chunky dark lo lights, very visible roots, significantly darker hair and hair around my face so short it hardly stays behind my ears and won’t go up in a pony tail. He is a talented stylist but did not listen to anything I asked for and seemingly did his own thing. It was so bad I paid even more money to have it done somewhere else just days later. Umit was very nice and genuine. The price listed online was not the amount that I ended up being charged however. Balayage was listed as $140 when I m...ade the appointment. But when I went to go pay, I was told normal price was $350 but I’d get a discount for being a new customer and only pay $300… I do feel like I was taken advantage of. Although I liked Umit, I don’t think I’d come back here. The “balayage” I got wasn’t true balayage, and definitely wasn’t worth $300.
