Hey brother, thanks for your feedback on Booksy I really appreciate it. I just wanted to explain a few things. You booked your appointment for 4:10 PM on Friday the 13th, and you texted me saying you’d be about 7 minutes late. I replied, “No worries,” but I did ask that you not be later than that. When you arrived at the shop, your appointment was booked for a regular haircut, which normally takes about 25 minutes. Then you mentioned you wanted a medium skin fade. I explained to you that this kind of cut takes at least 40 minutes. I didn’t complain I told you I’d do my best and I explained the time difference. You agreed and everything went smoothly. I offered you a free haircut next time if you come on time. Let me know
