Hey Walter, thank you for coming in today. Unfortunately I couldn't get to you in time as I was wrapping things up. Just like you, or other clients who had asked for a some adjustment after their haircuts sometimes it can take a tad longer than expected. So I hope you can see why that is. As someone who comes in regularly I'm sure there's a good reason for your returns. Patience is key my friend. But please do yourself a favor if you don't understand where im coming.
