Thank you for the feedback, Levi. I value all my feedback, but I also value my time and the experience of every client I work with. That being said i hope you didn't take it personal when I told you we can reschedule another time if you can't stay awake with me until the end of the haircut. I'm here to provide a clean, focus service to everyone who books with me. Which allows me to let me do my job. On the other hand, when you're falling asleep jerking more than half of the time during the haircut (after I've continously asked) this is a prime example why I told you we can always reschedule another time. I would have appreciated it if you respected my time and business because I have clients who were next up. Clients who can vouch for me. I have clients that day who was in time for me while we was trying to figure how keep you awake during the haircut. It would've help too if you had addressed it at the moment that way we could have figured it out. I hope this helped you understand and guide you through your next haircut. Stay woke. ✊🏻
