I don’t normally leave reviews at all but I was highly displeased with this service. This Stylist offers services that she cannot do or at least canno...t do well, specifically in this case, fingerwaves. I’m sure she is very talented in other styles though . I told her I did not like my hair, & it was washed out and that I’ll just do it myself at home and refused to show common courtesy of discounting and still wanted to charge me full price, I am practically leaving the salon the same way my hair looked upon entering. Another stylist offered to fix it for me but because of my time crunch, I kindly rejected the offer and told them I’ll just do it myself. Couldn’t risk having my time wasted again or interfering with another client’s appointment. Thankfully, the other stylist saw it was appropriate to be charged only for the completed services which was a shampoo/wash service. First and last time entering the salon. Show more

I scheduled shampoo blow dry and braid down for my Mom. The Stylist Genesis was punctual, professional and extremely pleasant. Mom is tender headed ...and Genesis was gentle with her, no pain or discomfort. Mom is happy with the results and impressed at the timeline from start to finish. Overall a good encounter. Mom’s shirt was wet but that’s an easy fix for the future maybe a couple more towels and added cape. Will definitely patronize Genesis again.
