I had originally ventured to to fresh kills to witness the blonde woman that shows her nose pimple to customers. to my disappointment, that appeared ...to be pimple propaganda. However, what i did receive was an incredible beard trim and haircut from Marvin. He did have to stop for a moment to make a phonecall, but it was to call my mom to tell her that she has raised a great son. My mom was so proud of me, she made chicken cutlets for dinner that night. I would definitely recommend fresh kills to anyone. I would've given 6 stars had the pimple woman been real. Thanks Marvin! Show more

The highlight of my Haircut with Marvin was his phonecalls, I could have been out of there sooner but he was on the phone-the bonus was his co-worker.... This blonde coming over to show her pimple under her nose. She tilted her head back to show us her puss head, why I don't know. Marvin thought it was a sign of youth, she should get a job in Coney Island. I won't be back-it's too ghetto. Show more

I have never received so many great compliments of my haircut. Since Marvin started cutting my hair my family, friends and strangers have complimented... me. My hair has always been a little difficult to cut. But Marvin is a great listener and achieves great results. I believe he and the rest of the staff are extremely client focused. I needed an emergency haircut for an event coming up in a few days. Luckily, Jackie had a last minute cancellation and was able to take me in just a f...ew hours after I set up an appointment. Jackie was incredibly personable to myself as well as the other customers of the shop. She gave me exactly what I ask for and did an excellent job. As a father, I noticed how great she was with the children and parents at the shop. I have been an on-and-off customer at this shop since they’ve opened and there’s no better place to go for talented barbers with an atmosphere that is just as great. Show more
