I was dissatisfied with my sons hair appointment and I reached out to Joseph to see if he could fix it and I was ignored. No return text or phone call.... I would have at least appreciated a response saying he wouldn’t be able to fix it but to be completely ignored after spending money isn’t acceptable. Show more
