If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!! She is an UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL person. Super flaky. Changed my appointment time 3 times the day of m...y appointment. I accommodated her the best I could. I pulled into her driveway and then she asked for another 10-13 minutes because I got there 8 minutes late after adjusting the time to work for her 3 times already that day. And she blamed me for being late and then proceeded to yell that she didn’t have to explain herself and I could either wait if I wanted my hair done by Keki or I could pull off and go away too. So ofc I left! Without service because who talks to a customer that way. Especially one who had been gracious and accommodating. This was my third time trying to work with her. My last appointment in November she tried to reschedule my Thursday appointment for Saturday and then we compromised on Friday. So this is definitely a pattern and not a one off. Lies with stories about moving out of a salon and back home and trauma dumps all her personal business in order to gather sympathy. She yelled and hung up on me. Her work is barely a 5/10 anyway but it’s Rochester and there’s limited options so I figured the devil you know is better than one you don’t know. Boy was I wrong. Book with “Queen Keki” at your own risk!!!!!
