During my first meeting with Mark, he created a welcoming atmosphere by playing a DC Marvel movie on the TV. This really helped my grandson feel comfo...rtable. Mark was kind and took the time to introduce himself to my grandson, and he even asked how my grandson wanted his hair before trimming it to his liking. Although the haircut didn't take long and my grandson was pleased, I believe it would have been even better if Mark had given him a mirror to see how he liked it. Show more
