I got my hair done Saturday and had to go back the same day because my foundation braids were coming a loose wh...en looking at the foundation of my crochet it is sloppy and rushed some of the crochets are coming out. Very displeased with the service for my hair to be 1 day old it should not look like i have had it for 4 or 5 weeks Show more

Good afternoon Christina, sorry that you have experienced this. You was happy when you left, and even when you came back for me to put the tail of the bràid that was pulled out back in the braids, you told me that you will be back because you like yourhair. Sorry again that things didn't come out the way you wanted it to be. But you told me that the only option at this point was your refund, and that is what I did. Anyway, thank you for your honesty. I think it will help me perform better next time. Also, I have been doing crochet for over 20 years, and I never have issues or any problems with my customers. I am not that perfect, but one thing that I do is that I will offer you some solutions to make my customers happy. In your case, you choose the refund as the only option. I did that because with my services, the satisfaction is guaranteed
