He didn't finish my haircut... Left hair behind my ears... Didn't line up the front of my hair... and didn't get hair on the back of my neck... the fa...de was half decent, but he really didn't pay much attention to the details... I had to go straight to another barber to fix the cut. He might just not be used to cutting Black people's hair... Never again for me! Show more

I apologize for your experience Mr. West. I remember clearly giving you the mirror twice to assure the haircut was to your liking. I also did mention your line up and we checked in and you agreed it looked fine. If you would have communicated any further concerns after the haircut I would have gladly touched up where you felt it needed more detail etc.
