Martin does stellar work! I have a difficult head. My hair is very fine, semi thick, and super straight. I have about 3 cowlicks on my head too, so my... hair likes to drive in many directions. Martin brings the visual I have for my hair to life - even if it goes against the grain of what my hair wants to do, and I love that. I’ve never left a hair appointment so upset. The barber didn’t listen to me at all. I confided in him regarding my hair line and informed him not to d...o a high fade or not to take the weight from the sides as this conceals it. The first cut took all of it away and then the entire haircut, I was faced away from the mirror so I couldn’t see the damage done. Really disappointed and upset, it’s taking so long to grow back. I’ve had some bad haircuts but I came out of this appointment looking horrible. Show more

Decent cut but a really awkward and kinda unfriendly experience. I was excited to get out of the chair because I just felt really uncomfortable. I was... uncomfortable with the barber I saw and a client next to me that was having a really inappropriate conversation with his barber. The barber I saw didn’t say anything the entire time which felt really awkward. I think that’s fine if you need to focus but you can tell me that too so I don’t think something else. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again unfortunately. I’ve only really had one good experience at Barber Theory off of 6th but the rest haven’t been very pleasant. Show more
