I pride myself on my service and my REPUTATION speaks for itself . I gave the client an Edge-up/Beard line, just as he had booked and stated he wanted before service. He then changed his mind and decided he wanted to cut his hair down. I told him that he was supposed to book for a HAIRCUT instead of a LINE-UP, having a different price and time allowed for service. He immediately felt a certain way after that. Couldn't articulate clearly what he wanted, which was the problem from the beginning. I gave him the cut anyway w/ no extra charge, which made me late going into my next client's appointment time. He clearly was trying to GET OVER... and he did. I noticed his agenda right away. If he would've said that he was short on money and needed the haircut that badly... I would've just given it to him on the house. I wish the brother well tho 💯.
