Really disappointed: coco was nice and I appreciate Coco's helpful tips during my curly hair appointment, but I must give 2 stars due to repeated sche...duling changes and poor time management. While I was initially accommodating of the appointment changes, my disappointment grew even more… when I didn't receive the promised service. Despite assurances, the failure to deliver my hair routine was frustrating. I've lost interest and money in obtaining it. I’m better off watching YouTube. The lack of delivery on promised services is concerning. Charging for a service and not delivering as expected is unacceptable. Clear communication and fulfilling promises are vital in any service industry. It's essential for the him to either adjust his offerings or ensure consistent delivery to clients. Show more

First, my name is Krista, I’m telling you this because I used my Booksy account to book my sisters hair appointment so this review is based off of my ...first appointment. My sister has a hair appointment today so she will leave her own review. (just in case you see back-to-back reviews by the same person) Anyway, I have been dying to get in and get a haircut with Coco, I have followed him for years on Instagram back when he was getting his curly haircut by the same woman who cut my hair. The woman had told me about him so one day when he commented on one of her posts, I started following him. I live in Folsom, so it had to be a day that I had time to drive to the salon. I am happy to say that I finally had my curly haircut with Coco and I freaking love it. Coco listened to what I wanted and walked me through what he was doing, and my hair came out, so flipping cute! I’m so excited. He is easy to talk to, he’s not a product pusher, and he will show you how to style your curls. Make an appointment, you will not be disappointed. I took a picture right before I went to bed, but you can see how cute my hair is! I am so excited to see my sister’s hair after he is done, she has never had her hair cut by a Curly Hair artist!
