I have a lot to unpack here. I will refrain from that because this is a young black women doing her best I’m sure. I’ll just say communication is key... and customer service is needed. Greet your customers, after they have been waiting a significant amount of time. I drove a distance 45 mins to be exact and sat there for 53 minutes,not cool. So I left.
