I've been going to Lalos for about 2 years now. Every time has been a wonderful experience. The first time I went in, he asked what i wanted. I said, ..."I don't know, just make it look good." Sure enough, he made my hair look good. Every time after that, he's greeted me by name. I know the app tells him who his clients are, so he knows they're coming. It's still nice and makes me feel welcome. He's very easy to work with and strives to make sure you leave with a haircut you're happy with.
