Our son is very picky and very particular sensory wise. Our son needed a haircut for school photos and the previous person he had at a different locat...ion his whole life quit cutting hair. We found David on Booksy and read a few great reviews on how he is with children. I had to post my amazing experience with Heartfelt Cutz today! We took our son to a salon in East Aurora who gave him a bad haircut and bad is a under...statement!!!! I reached out to heartfelt and he was able to sqeeze us in within a day! I’m so thrilled with how my sons hair looks and how kind and understanding they were! The shop was clean and inviting and we will 100% he continuing our haircuts with him! I’d recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a barber who knows exactly what he’s doing and who cares about the work he does! He made a bad experience into a great one! He did such a great job on both my boys! My son has sensory issues and he kept him calm and was so patient when my son became upset. He just kept talk...ing to him and making him feel comfortable and safe. Their hair looks amazing right in time for school. Both boys said he is the best barber they have been to EVER and I agree.
