Doesn’t even deserve one star—I wish I could give negative. Johan’s legacy is defined by UNPROFESSIONALISM!! Claiming professionalism goes beyond wo...rds, it’s about how you treat your clients. Constant lateness, last-minute location changes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability make it clear that Johan has no regard for his customers. If you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect, take your business elsewhere. Johan is the most unprofessional and disrespectful barber I have ever dealt with. He has zero regard for his clients’ time, constantly running 25–30 minutes late while expecting you to accept it. But if you’re even 15 minutes late, he has no problem charging you. On top of that, he changes locations at the last minute—this has happened over six times, bouncing between HairWizard, B Street, Oxford Street, Rhawn Street, and back to them in cycles. He expects clients to just drop everything and accommodate his lack of organization, regardless of how it affects their schedule. The worst part? Last week, I booked two appointments for myself and my brother (who traveled from overseas) to get ready for the holiday weekend. Without any communication, he canceled them. Assuming it was an emergency, I let it slide and booked two more—but he canceled again with no notice. When I reached out, his only response was, ‘Only book one appointment at a time, it’s too confusing.’ No apology, no attempt to understand, just pure arrogance. When I confronted him about it, instead of listening, he got defensive, raised his voice, and lectured me about deposits—even though I’ve always followed his own cancellation policy. Very inconsistent doesn’t show up.
