I scheduled an appointment two days in advance and received confirmation. However, when I arrived at the apartment building, I discovered that the pho...ne number provided was incorrect. Despite arriving 10 minutes early and waiting for 15 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time, I didn't receive any communication regarding the apartment number. As I had an urgent commitment that day, I was forced to seek an alternative appointment elsewhere at short notice. This experience serves as a reminder to have a backup plan in place, which I recommend to others to avoid similar inconveniences. Show more
