I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, while my originally scheduled barber was 10 minutes late. He failed to recognize both his tardiness an...d his role as the barber with whom I had an appointment. Rather than promptly attending to my appointment, he prioritized adjusting the music and television while exhibiting a negative demeanor. The second barber entered into the barbershop and and greeted me. I opted to utilize his services instead; had it not been for him, I would have rated this establishment one star. Ricardo performed exceptionally well, and I appreciate his respect for my time. Show more
