I’m horrified by my experience at Deluxe. I booked a dip service. My nails are thick and the sides of my nails are not covered by dip. My tech didn’t ...push my cuticles back or trim them and overall, the nails just look sloppy. She also filed my skin and under my nail to the point I yelped because it hurt. To top it all off, my tech was making snarky remarks about me in Vietnamese, thinking that I wouldn’t be able to understand or that my friend who is Vietnamese wouldn’t convey to me what she was saying. After a long day at work, this is not what anyone should be experiencing for a $50 service. I would never return to this salon. There are so many other salons in Quincy where the techs actually treat their clients with respect. Show more

My daughter had her nails done yesterday by a technician who seemed to be new to the salon. She had an appointment with Hannah, but Hannah was not the...re. My daughter was getting a full set of acrylics and showed the technician a picture of nails with a French manicure. However, the technician applied very short and wide nails instead, so my daughter decided to go with a color since the French manicure wouldn’t look good in that style. I spoke with the manager before the manicure was completed, and she tried to fix the situation. After paying $65 plus a tip, I don’t think my daughter will be returning to that salon again. Show more

From what I recall, our staff did ask you if you were okay with seeing another technician since Hannah was busy taking care of administrative tasks and you agreed. We also offered a new set of nails free of charge, but your daughter denied at the time of service. I understand there could’ve been miscommunication and I apologize about that.
