I honestly loved this booking. I randomly booked with NaiStyles because I needed someone in the area that could do the style I desired (Bohemian Seneg...alese Twists) & I know a lot of hairstylists but no one really specializes in this area. This was a last minute appointment as well for my birthday and I’m glad I took my chance with her because she was amazing. From the time I booked my appointment until the service was complete, her communication was top tier - professional & clear. She provided instructions and was very sweet/appropriate. The appointment was shorter than the time frame she has on her site & it was just overall a great experience. You can tell she tailored her hair space toward her clients’ desires/needs. & y’all I LOVE my hair😻 never had this style before but I’m glad I booked it with NaiStyles💕 Show more

10/10 experience! I booked an appointment for my birthday and Nai came through! There was a delay in the shipment of my hair (not her fault at all) an...d she accommodated me as best as she could and the results were better than I expected! Nai was really great at communicating and corresponding with me the entire time from booking all the way to making sure I got home safe after the appointment. You can tell she really cares about her work and making her clients happy. She made sure that I was comfortable and entertained the entire time I was there and I would definitely book again.
